Common questions
The timer alert didn't sound
Make sure notifications are allowed for Sunkat in your device settings.
On Android, allow the "exact alarm" permission so alerts fire precisely on time.
Keep the app installed and don't force-stop it while a session is running.
UV data looks wrong or won't load
Sunkat needs location access to fetch the UV index for your area — enable it in settings.
Check your internet connection; UV data is fetched live.
UV values are cloud-adjusted, so a cloudy day may read lower than a clear-sky forecast.
Managing your subscription
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sunkat.
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sunkat.
